Vietnamese wraps with an Indomie twist
2 packs of Indomie Mi Goreng noodles
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
¼ tsp sea salt
1 cup lettuce
1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
2 thinly sliced carrots
2 sliced chillis
¼ cup thinly sliced green onions
¼ cup roughly chopped fresh mint
- Cook the noodles as instructed in the package.
- Combine and stir the green onion and mint in a small bowl.
- Lay pieces of the lettuce and pile your toppings on top—Mi Goreng noodles, cabbage, a few strips of carrot, cucumber and jalapeño. Sprinkle generously with the herb mix.
- Serve with a side of sauce and enjoy!
