1 pack Indomie Mi Goreng noodles
1/4 cup corn kernels
1 tsp lemon juice
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 carrot, diced and cooked
4 florets broccoli, diced and cooked
1 tsp butter or olive oil
2 Tbsp tomato sauce
Fried onion as garnish


Boil Indomie noodles and lemon juice until cooked, drain and set aside to cool.

Heat butter, and stir fry onion until fragrant. Add the cooked noodles, tomato sauce, corn kernels and all the seasonings that came in with the pack and mix well.

Put the noodles on a plate and place the carrot, and broccoli on the side. Garnish with fried onion.
