Mi Goreng Lasagna


375g Lasagna Sheets
150g grated mozzarella cheese
500g pasta or bolognese sauce
2 packets of Mi Goreng
Optional: Minced beef/meat


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Cook Mi Goreng based on packet instructions
  3. Add pasta or bolognese sauce to baking dish
  4. Cover with lasagna sheets.
  5. Add Mi Goreng as a layer! Optional: Add minced beef/meat if using.
  6. Top with cheese. Tip: Load up on the cheesy goodness!
  7. Repeat steps 3-6 until you’re getting as many layers as you’d like.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
  9. Let it cool down for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
