Mi Goreng Lasagna
375g Lasagna Sheets
150g grated mozzarella cheese
500g pasta or bolognese sauce
2 packets of Mi Goreng
Optional: Minced beef/meat
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Cook Mi Goreng based on packet instructions
- Add pasta or bolognese sauce to baking dish
- Cover with lasagna sheets.
- Add Mi Goreng as a layer! Optional: Add minced beef/meat if using.
- Top with cheese. Tip: Load up on the cheesy goodness!
- Repeat steps 3-6 until you’re getting as many layers as you’d like.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
- Let it cool down for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
