1 pack Indomie Mi Goreng Original (or use your favourite variant)
1 clove garlic, diced
2 cooked sausages, sliced
100g bean sprouts
pinch of salt to taste
1 sunny side up fried egg
1 tomato, sliced
1 tsp fried onion (optional)
1 shallots, thinly sliced
1 tsp oil for stir-frying


Prepare Indomie Mi Goreng as per directions: cook noodles, drain and add all the seasonings, then set aside.

Stir fry garlic until fragrant, add sausages, and salt to taste. Add the noodles and bean sprouts.
Mix well.

Put on a plate and add the fried egg, garnish with tomatoes, fried onion and shallots.
