85g packet Indomie mi goreng noodles
1 cup shredded cheese
Small handful cherry tomatoes, halved
Handful baby spinach
4 slices bread
1. Cook Indomie mi goreng noodles to a pot of boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and add seasoning, seasoning oil, kecap and chilli sauce sachets.
2. Toss hot noodles with shredded cheese, cherry tomatoes and spinach.
3. Pile on top of 2 slices of bread. Sandwich with remaining slices of bread. Lightly butter both sides of bread.
4. Toast in a sandwich press until golden brown and cheese is melted.
