Indomie Cacio e Pepe
1 package indomie noodles (just the noodles)
1 1/4 cup water
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3/4 tsp cracked black pepper
3/4 cup grated pecorino romano
2 tbsp grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- Cook Indomie noodles as per pack and put flavour to the side
- Once the liquid has reduced and noodles have softened, add butter & pepper. Toss to combine, the remaining water should make a nice sauce to coat the noodles.
- Slowly sprinkle grated cheese on top, mix and serve!
