Air Fryer Mi Goreng Mozzarella Sticks


Mi Goreng Packet
Mozzarella Cheese
Cooked noodles
2 tbsp plain flour
3 tsp garlic powder
2 eggs
2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup cornflake crumbs
Hoisin Sauce


  1. Cook Mi Goreng noodles and allow to cool.
  2. Mix flour, salt and garlic powder in a small bowl. Whisk eggs and place them in a separate bowl. Place breadcrumbs in another bowl.
  3. Cut mozzarella into 2cm slices and wrap each slice in a small handful of noodles. Dip into flour to coat, then into egg mixture and then into the breadcrumbs. Repeat the process until you have a full baking tray. Freeze for an hour or until firm.
  4. Spray sticks with oil and place inside the air fryer basket on top of baking paper and cook on 180C in batches. Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve with hoisin sauce.
