Air Fryer Mi Goreng Mozzarella Sticks
Mi Goreng Packet
2 tbsp plain flour
3 tsp garlic powder
2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup cornflake crumbs
- Cook Mi Goreng noodles and allow to cool.
- Mix flour, salt and garlic powder in a small bowl. Whisk eggs and place them in a separate bowl. Place breadcrumbs in another bowl.
- Cut mozzarella into 2cm slices and wrap each slice in a small handful of noodles. Dip into flour to coat, then into egg mixture and then into the breadcrumbs. Repeat the process until you have a full baking tray. Freeze for an hour or until firm.
- Spray sticks with oil and place inside the air fryer basket on top of baking paper and cook on 180C in batches. Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve with hoisin sauce.
