Ingredients

1 pack of your favourite Indomie Mi Goreng
100g chicken fillet, diced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
10 mushroom
3 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
pinch of salt, pepper to taste
150ml water
1 bunch bok choy (Asian greens)
1 shallot, sliced
1 tsp fried onion (optional)
2 Tbsp cooking oil for stir frying

Method

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat oil, stir fry garlic until fragrant, add the chicken and cook until golden brown. Add mushrooms, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Add water and cook until sauce thickens.

Cook Indomie noodles in 400 ml of water for 3 minutes. Add the bok choy, then drain.

On a plate, put all the Indomie seasonings sachets, add the cooked noodles and mix well. Place the cooked bok choy on the side. Put the chicken and mushroom on top of the noodles, garnish with shallots and fried onion.
