Indomie Stir Fried
85g packet Indomie mi goreng noodles
1 small onion, sliced into wedges
1 corn cob, kernels removed
1 bunch broccolini , chopped
1 bok choy, washed and leaves separated
½ red capsicum, thinly sliced
1 lime, cut into wedges
1. Cook Indomie mi goreng noodles to a pot of boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and add seasoning
2. Heat a wok with a little peanut oil and seasoning oil add onion and stir fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add noodles, chili sauce and soy sachet. Serve with lime.
